Some Questions for Blurt

in questions •  3 years ago  (edited)

Lately I have been seeing some unrest on Blurt, and I am reading lots about this COAL thing. Honestly I am clueless what is this COAL all about and how is it impacting Blurt.

Another one check that I would like to make on Blurt is do we have any interface where we can access all the stats of Blurt. Like how Steemit has Steemworld and Hive has Hivestats.

One more question....Does Blurt have the facility of Auto Scheduled Posting and auto curation. I plan to be away for a couple of days in July and I am looking at this option if it is possible to accommodate for those few days.

Being on Blurt from the beginning, I have been regular here and I am seeing it grow well, though not understanding much of technical part of it's growth but I feel that it has been moving in the right direction and moreover there is a lot of freedom of speech on this platform and this what attracts me the most. Though it may be paying less, but everything cannot be valued over money.

Blurt has some very unique features which makes it a very user friendly platform, like now we can see the voting power under the name drop down, we can see who has voted on the main page itself without having to get into the blog. All of these features are good. I like the Avatar thing also, it gives some idea about the person's personality.

To many it may not look very lucrative but it is a growing platform and has given good progress since the time it has started so I have lots of hope here.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

Coal is a program that the foundation put in to stop abuse and theft from happening on their front end. It's not hardwired into the code and any front end owner can choose to run it or not.

Ahhaaa ok, so it is a good program right, it takes care of wrong activities for any platform.

There are no available autovoting application, only those that are used by users with technical know-how which they developed by themselves for their own use.

Also there are no scheduling of posts too.

Thank you for this information @cryptopie, very useful.
