I just have a question if you have had much experience with @ionomy, because I made a deposit there a few days ago, which has not been deposited to my wallet until today. Of course I have contacted the support, but they have been ghosted for about 5 days now, even with multiple inquiries as to what is going on. So I feel very scammed and wanted to ask if you have had similar problems with the platform.

Ich habe nur eine Frage, ob ihr schon viel Erfahrungen mit @ionomy gesammelt habt, denn ich habe vor einigen Tagen dort eine Einzahlung getätigt, die bis heute meiner Wallet nicht gutgeschrieben wurde. Natürlich habe ich den Support Kontaktiert, aber der Ghostet mich jetzt schon seit ca. 5 Tagen auch noch mehrfachen anfragen, was nun los ist. Daher fühle ich mich doch sehr stark gescamt und wollte fragen, ob ihr mit der Plattform ähnliche Probleme hattet.

Claro que contactei o apoio ao cliente, mas há cerca de 5 dias que não se sabe o que se passa e já me fizeram várias perguntas sobre o assunto. Por isso, sinto-me muito enganado e queria perguntar-vos se tiveram problemas semelhantes com a plataforma.

It appears that some users are experiencing difficulties withdrawing their funds on Ionomy. This issue seems to extend beyond Blurt to Hive as well. Personally, I have never used this exchange and would not, as I prefer Probit. Probit has the added advantage of being listed on CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. Therefore, using Probit is also beneficial for Blurt as it show volume on CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap.
Yes, I have had delays like that but they always get fixed after a few days.

One time I sent $600 USD of Dtube coins to Ionomy without a memo. (My mistake)
And they helped recover the lost funds.
Ah ok. That's good to hear. Then I hope they get in touch with me too. Because I'm getting nervous now.
I just use the Support ticket button ….. and they always resolve within 24-48 hours ….
FYI : I do several trades a day on Ionomy. But never more than $ 100 a day.
Most trades are less than $10
I already opened a ticket on Monday. And asked again more than 24 hours later and again today. They haven't responded yet.
