I FINALLY had a chance to go soak in the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) in 82° water. This mermaid needed it so badly.
If you are landlocked or just can’t get to a beach reasonably, definitely invest in Ocean Sea Salt Bath Salts. 1-2 cups in a full bath will give you all of the salinity and minerals from the natural oceans you need. Make sure you hydrate-A LOT and with electrolyte water or Gatorade- because this is also detoxifying (as you will notice by the color of your bath water).
