We shape up our Life

Something that we have always been told that Suffering is a part of growing up in life, but I do not agree to it completely. This is a conditioning that has been done over ages, that we pay our karma through our sufferings. Not always necessary that we have to pay our karma only through sufferings, but for this to change in our life we need to alter our life patterns completely and that will only happen when we understand our life patterns. If there is a suffering in our life constantly in one area, we need to understand where this suffering is coming from and break that pattern. Most common are sufferings over relationship. When we keep having broken relationships in our life one after another then there is a deep-rooted problem within us only and not with anyone else around us. We may be carrying some destructive patterns that do not allow healthy relationships in our life. Always unhappy at job or always struggling with finances, understand where are those patterns coming from in the life and work on them and you will see how the reality also gets altered.

Blaming destiny for everything is not the right attitude. Saying things like I do not have luck in Love, money, job because I am not lucky in it or that my destiny wants me to go through this pain, and things like that which are self destructive patterns we create for our own selves and if we continue doing that we will never come out of the loop.

Life is what we make of it with our own thoughts first and then actions. Our thought play a very important role, action comes at a later stage but first it all starts with a thought, and if our thought patterns our negative we are going to keep manifesting the same in our life, that also does not mean that suddenly you start thinking positive and positive things will start happening. It is a lot of self-work to break these negative destructive patterns from our life and it's a transition in which we will keep going back and forth end number of times.

We do not always need to suffer to grow in life, we can grow gracefully by keeping our spiritual side active all the time, by being conscious of what our thought patterns are, by being conscious about our actions. This life what we have is very unique, in the entire Universe yet no other human life has been found or no other planet like Earth has been found, so it's all so unique and we need to enjoy this experience of life rather then making it miserable with our self defeating beliefs and patterns. Do not get caught up in misery, always think how can I be happy and happiness will flow in to your life.

Something that we have always been told that Suffering is a part of growing up in life, but I do not agree to it completely

Life is a state of suffering. (the good bits are the blips, not the constant - which is the state of suffering).

....Socrates, Diogenes, Kant, Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, to Dostoevsky, to Camus, to Derrida, to Peterson, Harris, etc today... (need i go on ?) ...might have major philosophical differences about many things - but there is one maxim they all universally agree on (pretty much) :

LIFE... IS... SUFFERING.

If you have a counter philosophical/intellectual argument to these great minds, spanning over 2,000 years, I'd love to hear it.
