I have always wanted to live in New York or Boston. Maybe some day I can find a place down there. But the winters are almost as bad as we have here in Ontario.

That would be overkill... I just don't think if you do several short spammy posts that they should all be on trending. You just copy those photos over from ads you find, it's not even really content. It shouldn't be upvoted at all, and should definitely never be on Trending. Blurt looks like a laughing stock when the Trending posts are junk.
But it I mute you then all your comments, and your other posts, will also be hidden. I only do that with accounts I never want to see again... and you're right, it's a good feature!
