Assalamualaikum everyone. Today I am going to share a beautiful lesson with you all.
How fortunate is the one who has the blessing of parental care! They treat their parents with kindness and create a home in paradise. Therefore, it is essential to treat one's parents well.
It is the duty of a servant to worship Allah, as He is the one who created him, and indeed, his parents are the means of his existence. This is why Allah has mentioned the rights of parents alongside His own rights. In Surah Luqman of the Quran, it is stated: "Be grateful to Me and to your parents."
Being grateful to one’s parents is vital because they nurture and raise their children in this world. When a child is in the mother's womb, she endures difficulties and pains from conception to birth. After birth, she feeds the child, keeps them clean, and endures their whims, sacrificing her comfort and even her life for their well-being until they grow up.
No matter how much we do for our parents, it will always feel insufficient. Thus, we should strive to serve our parents as much as possible.
I hope you learned something new from this. I will continue sharing good insights with you daily. See you in the next post. Goodbye!
