In Shari'ah, such women are called disobedient and the non-maintenance of a disobedient wife is not obligatory on the husband. Even the worship of such women is not accepted

But today's women rebel against their husbands and sit at their parents' house of their own free will and demand maintenance from their husbands when the wife does not pay her husband's marital rights and she is not willing to go to her husband's house. In Shariah, the non-maintenance of an unmarried woman is not obligatory on the husband.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"If I had to command a person to prostrate to another, I would command a woman to prostrate to her husband."

On the authority of Abu Saeed al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him).

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was on his way to the Eidgah on Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr, when he passed by women and said: O women, give charity, for I have seen more of you in Hell. He said, O Messenger of Allah! why so? He said, "You curse a lot and are ungrateful to your husband."

It is narrated from Abu Huraira

It is not permissible for a woman to fast in the presence of her husband without his permission

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him).

When a woman performs all the five prayers, fasts in the month of Ramadan, protects her private parts, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise through the gate she should enter.

Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Holy Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:

(When a man invites his wife to his bed and she refuses, then the husband spends the night on her in a state of displeasure, then the angels continue to curse him until morning) Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. (3065) Sahih Muslim Hadith No. (1436)

It is narrated from Hazrat Imam Hasan that if a woman runs away from her husband's house, her prayer will not be accepted until she returns and puts her hand in his hand and says, "I am here, do whatever you want."

This is the meaning of a hadith: "There are three types of people whose prayers are not accepted and no good deeds are accepted: One of them is the woman whose husband divorces her." "Wash Ho"

Hazrat Qatadah ra says that we have heard the saying of Hazrat Ka'b ra that on the Day of Judgment the woman will be asked about her prayer first, then there will be a question about the rights of her husband.
