Having breakfast should be simple, it is should be enough to help you starts the day, and also giving you energy until time for the lunch. Having breakfast is also considered very important part to help you stay healthy
But then how much and how healthy is your breakfast is really depends on your budget, your habits, and your time. Some might just goes for fruit and breads and some juices, while other just go for a full meals.
For me, my breakfast is always simple, and it is kind of a bit unhealthy as it mostly carbohydrate. if you are South East Asian especially in Indonesia, you will understand that there were a saying goes "we are not eaten yet, before we have rice".
That is also the reason most of our diet are consist of carbohydrate which comes from the rice. And just like that my breakfast is very simple and very cheap, especially when I go to work. Always visit the same seller to buy my cheap breakfast.
The seller are an old lady with her daughter, using a stationary cart in front of one of the convenience store near my working place.
They have two choices of rice, a white rice or yellow rice. I always choose white rice as I don't really like the yellow rice.
