In the north-east of India, dishes surprisingly comprises of ungency and blandness, aroma and piquancy; rice and green vegetables are important attributes of these dishes.

Cultural heritage:
Generally, India is known as a country of dancing with eight recognized classical dance forms. The characteristic features of such a classical dance as Bharatanatyam, which originated in the south of India (Tamil Nadu) and had a sacred meaning, are symbolic mudras and symmetrical stances, also, the Kuchipudi dance from Andhra Pradesh is distinguished by its dynamism and narrates the plots of ancient Indian epics.

Odisha has everything to offer, from wildlife , beaches, sanctuaries , art monuments to vibrant festivals. I will also love to see the Kathakali dance, which is traditionally performed only by men and where the bright makeup of the dancers plays a key role.

The spiritual meaning and sculptural poses of the Odissi dance explains its religious origins in the temples of Odisha. Intricate pirouettes that tell gripping stories from the past are the hallmark of the Kathak dance, a heritage of North India.
