Unrealized Capital Gains Tax You Say - I Coincide Unrealized Dependents in my Home

in politics •  3 years ago

If I "may" have to pay a unrealized capital gains tax, I "may" have a unrealized dependent in my home.

Its quotes like this that make me think there is some merit to the claim "Meme wars are back" which i have heard circulating a bit lately.

Feel free, its eye for an eye, for every dollar of unreasonable tax put on me, I will be claiming an unreasonable benefit.

EYE FOR AN EYE

A guy in Denmark said they have to pay 50% tax on cryptos sold regardless if they made zero on them.

Time for civil war, thats an act of war.

Somewhere between 30-100% tax is slavery, where is the line?

The line is at they print money and need no tax, they print it from NOTHING, backed by nothing, at least people are waking up to the scam.

The corruption of the FEd/CRA (in Canada) is the main reason I am into crypto.

Yeah, they are wanting to do this shit here in the U.S.

I had considered position trading a year ago as I found a system that is almost fail safe, but the record keeping alone coupled with the each trade is a tax event put me off. I can feel how likely it is that the government would make more profit in taxes than made on the trades and I would be in the hole.

Of course these regulations and taxes are for the best, to protect us commoners from having to much money and such. Foolish thoughts such as being independent and being able to care for ourselves without the government aid/dictates could only lead to bad endings for us all. :/

I rarely talk about this, but I lost 150,000 Blackcoin (early adopted coins too from launch, very sad story incoming)...

My friends friend is a whiz trader, trust was a factor, so in the situation, it was easy to click "send"...

The first months were great we had arranged payout strategies and it seemed to be a good long term strategy that involved a few asian countries currencies that i thought would be good to have exposure too.

It turns out 1 of those "dangerous altcoins" was the Chinese Yuan... The government seized the entire account of my friends friend, claiming that since bitcoin had reduce by 50% of value(no specific time frame was mentioned lol), the account was now the states, to protect the investors from having money....

LOL yeah, wouldn't want people trading up enough to feed their families right... Heaven forbid someone bought a yatch or some form of property without Bill Gates hydrogen style engine, that could kill someone.

To this day, no replies or explanation, this outside china resident is now safe from his dangerous money he was trading for others, and we are not to be spoken of, savages from western nations lol

Yikes.

Here in the US if one was to press them about where my money is would likely find themselves charged with a stack of charges and be forced to plea down to a couple and accept prison for the crime of thinking one owned something.

Sorry you had to eat such a loss. It makes me shake my head when they report things like this might create terrorists. It reminds me of that meme Lucylin had where the one person asks the other what made them radical, and the answer was "you did" lol.

Yeah, at some point people might seek to stop being hit and stolen from and punked. Who knew?
