The Political Machine

The Political Machine ART.jpeg

This Poem is Titled “The Political Machine”
As government corruption runs rampant, having discernment and a healthy mistrust
in our political leaders is a moral obligation.
We can no longer entertain and give power to corruption.
I believe a paradigm shift is on the horizon, and together we can cultivate a new form of government that represents our love and compassion for humanity.
How does this poem resonate with you?

The political machine is not your friend
It preaches peace and love
But it is only pretend

They promise prosperity
But all we see is the disparity
Don’t ask questions
You’ll be labeled just another conspiracy theory

This is the plight of human history
The story of man reclaiming humanity
Raising our voices in the face of oppression
Freeing ourselves from this man-made depression

The media is bought and paid for by the ones who pay to win
Who are we kidding?
Can we even pretend?
Is anyone buying that they are our friend?

I got news for you
The corrupt media is coming to its end
A nation of people no longer willing to pretend
A nation of love ready to mend

A new frontier... free from ego, plight, and vanity
A government that reflects our humanity
Our love, compassion, and divinity

Your poem delivers a strong message. I hope those corrupt people/ media could read this and reflect on what they have been doing and be remorseful.

Awesome material my friend. Thank you for choosing to share it here on Blurt! The poem very much resignates with me. The political machine certainly is one big shit show. Keep up the awesome blog and let freedom ring!

Very nice! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and words on Blurt.

Nice to meet you! Unless we've already met, which is a possibility because I've known at least one other "poetic justice" online. Either way, it's good to have you here on this blockchain. We have a mutual friend in @world-travel-pro. He mentioned that he met you in Thailand recently. Are you living there, or traveling?
