As someone that has had another person clam my work as theirs. I feel I have a right to voice my opinion.
When someone finds plagiarized work that isn’t their work. The only course of action is to contact the owner of the work. It is up to the owner to decide what course of action (if any) that will be taken. No action against the alleged copyright infringers should be taken without the approval of the copyright holder. it is called taking the law into your own hands. It’s just none of your business after you report it.
When you open a space that any one can be a part of, you will attract ALL kinds of people. If you tell some of them that they can’t do what they are doing. It is censorship, no matter if there are good or bad intentions behind it.
