Ping Plantophobia is a 2D action game in which you play as Ping, a small green alien, who must exterminate plant aliens by spraying herbicides at them and then whacking them with a big hammer. While trying to avoid being killed by the plant aliens, you must also catch smaller blue aliens with an aerial net to increase your score. The goal of the game is to get the highest high score possible. As you progress through the game, it becomes increasingly difficult, with multiple plant aliens able to spawn at once. The game is set on a small moon or asteroid, where plant zombies are released when a meteorite strikes the surface and reveals a plant alien inside. The game has a retro aesthetic and may have been developed in the early 2000s.
