Which of you participates in sports?
Many of you, I suppose! There are regulations to the games we play when we play sports. Every kind of sport has its own unique set of guidelines. Most of you are well-versed in the rules of the sports you play, but how many of you are familiar with the rules of life?

We are all involved in this life-journey. Life is a game with rules, and in order to play, we must abide by them. Nothing we do will alter the universal laws of life or have any bearing on how they apply to us personally. These are the universal rules of nature, established by creation and independent of any particular religion or belief system. We are not allowed to change or add any of the rules. They simply exist and have an everyday impact on our lives.

The mentalism law

This law is unchangeable, meaning it is a set law that cannot be altered. Actually, mind over matter prevails. You will experience the same things repeatedly if you continue to think about the same things.

Your thoughts won't change and you won't discover new things if you don't let new ideas into your head. It can be challenging to alter your mind if you have a strong will and firm beliefs, but if you do, you'll be more receptive to new ideas and willing to go down new paths. All you have to do to turn your life around is adopt a new way of thinking and making decisions.

In life, what do you want?
The majority of us are not really sure what we want out of life, and I recently had this same conversation with some persons. I've always thought that if you put your mind to anything, you can become anything you desire. The main issue is that we don't always know, and the majority of us search for anything our entire lives in order to fulfill a purpose or reach a goal.

It can take a while to figure out what you want, so it's important to know what you don't want first. You can take steps to identify what you do want once you are aware of what you don't want. Keep a close-to-hand list of the items you do not want. Don't lose concentration no matter what you do—save it to your phone or post it on the workplace wall. In this manner, you can be frequently reminded of your true desires and will be able to recognize when you are headed in the wrong direction.

It is crucial that you maintain your attention. Your life will become increasingly good the more you focus on reaching these goals.

You are genuinely changing your mind if you direct your attention toward the correct things. You must enforce self-discipline. Only if you abide by the rules can you be an individual who is focused.

Really inspire yourself every day. Ensure that the list appears the moment you wake up in the morning and the last thing you see before turning in for the night.
