To make haleem, dal and meat have to be cooked separately. After that the two have to be mixed in a special way. Here is his description.
What you will need for dal-
Roasted mung beans: half cup
Lentils: Half cup
Ahrahar dal: half cup
Peas: Half a cup
Chickpeas: half cup
Mashkalai Dal: Half cup
Polao Rice: Half cup
Salt: To taste
How to make dal-
All the ingredients should be washed well and boiled well with 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of chilli powder and salt. When cooked, knead well.
All you need for meat-
Chicken: 1 whole chicken. Cut into small pieces
Turmeric: Half teaspoon
Chilli: 1 tsp
Cumin: 1 tsp
Ginger: 1 tbsp
Garlic: Half teaspoon
Garam Masala: 3-4
Oil: 1 cup
Salt: To taste
Onion: 1 cup
How to cook meat-
Mix everything in the pot and cook the meat well. Now add the boiled dal to the meat pot and cook again for 15-20 minutes.

Chopped Onion: Half cup
Ginger powder: 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Lemon: In moderation
Cumin powder: 1 tbsp
How to serve-
Take the haleem in a bowl and serve it with the rest of the ingredients.
