As I walked around our local Park Lake Today, there seemed to be much activity. Both with new buds and leaves appearing on the trees and shrubs that surround the lake. The undergrowth is beginning to look more dense in the Woodland areas also. This is very nice to see after being quite bare for such a long time.

The "old guys" were back with their miniature "sailing boats", racing each other around the buoys in the water. From a distance these sail boats look real size, but actually they are quite small to be honest. The guys control these boats with their remote control units (Radio Controlled basically).

After circling the lake, I stopped off at the Supermarket to buy milk for my coffee and then made my way back home. I enjoyed the walk, and feel happier for going out in the fresh for some exercise. I love the beauty of Nature, something that we should all enjoy in our busy daily lives.
