The first photo (below) I name the "Batman" of the Bird Kingdom. Such a majestic bird with open wings to hide from the fish in the lake. An expert fisherman is the "dark grey" coloured Cormorant. Other Wildlife seen Today were Geese, Swans and noisy ducks quacking on the grass by the lake.
A nice day for an afternoon stroll in the park, but still far too hot for me! Hot weather makes me tired walking much quicker than normal. The baby Swans (Cygnets) looked so very cute today!

Cormorants are funny birds... as I recall, they are one of the few waterbirds whose feathers actually get wet; that's why they sit with spread wings like that.
