Aslam O Alikum ! How are you all? I hope everyone is well
As I told you, I am a farmer and I have three acres of land to cultivate. In addition to farming, I have sheep and goats, which I bring in for grazing and also cut fodder them. My farm land is near the village. I have about thirty sheep and goats.
When I went to get fodder today, I took pictures of a lot of herbs with flowers on them. Some of them are good for us and some are bad for us.
This is a superfluous herb you see in the picture above. It is of no use to us humans. That we poisonous kind spray on this herb to get rid of. Types of these herbs are often found in wheat fields. If we farmers do not eradicate these weeds, then the effect of this fertilizer will not reach the crop. Therefore, these herbs are harmful to our crops.
This is another picture above of coriander plant. On top of which are white flowers. Coriander is used daily in our daily life. We use coriander in our food.
This third picture you are looking at is of mustard flowers. Mustard plant is very useful to us. The beans that grow on this plant contain mustard seeds from which oil is made and that oil is very useful for us. Some people use this oil in their food as well. In our area, the mustard plant is cultivated in winter and it ripens in six months and is harvested and then its seeds are extracted to make oil.
The fourth picture above is a picture of a small river in our fields. Our fields are irrigated by this river and there is still water in it and you can see the reflection of the sun in the water.
This fifth and final picture is a waste and thorny weed that is not sown. This herb burns spontaneously in winter. It is most common where there is a small amount of standing water.
