On a hill west of the District of Miraflores, overlooking the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean in the Department of Lima, Peru, the Directorate of Hydrography and Navigation of the Navy decided to relocate this impressive lighthouse of 22 meters high, however, its focal height is greater, since it was located at the top of the coast and its height above sea level was 108 meters, a condition that allows you to visualize its light bank about 33 km away representing 33 nautical miles.
