Nature gives us images that will leave you breathless, especially between spring and summer when it wakes up from the long winter hibernation and blossoms again.
One of the areas where you can admire this rebirth are the Sibillini Mountains, which are located on the border between two regions: Umbria and the Marches. It was selected by Virail, an application and platform that compares means of transport, suggesting the best solution for each trip.
In this area, in particular in the Pian Grande area a few kilometers from the historic center of Norcia, starting from May and until July, every year there is a floral show: the flowering of the lentil crops of Castelluccio di Norcia , which is accompanied by those of the cohabiting flowers, which are very numerous in the cultivated fields where pesticides are not used. Dominating is a scenery of unique beauty with its many shades: from the red of the poppy to the blue of the cornflowers, passing through the yellow of the mustard, here are all the colors of the Sibillini Mountains.
