Today 4th Baishakh 17th April is the last day of the fair in our college ground. The main attraction of this fair was different types of Dhaka traditional rituals. For the Bengali-speaking people, every year brings this New Year greetings to welcome a beautiful year. Every year in Bangladesh, this festival is celebrated with great pomp and circumstance in the festive atmosphere.
In the festival of Baishakhi, there is the touch of our souls, there is the tidal wave of exuberance, the tide of joy breaks, forgetting all the mistakes, failures, pains of the past, happy new year is celebrated with the wish of happiness, peace and prosperity.
Everyone in our family, from children to the elderly, celebrates this day with pomp and circumstance. People of all classes of Bangladesh celebrate the first Baishakh Happy New Year with joy.
Bengali New Year In the month of Baishakh of Bengali nation, it is a major element of tradition and culture. The main occasion of this festival is Baishakhi Mela. The main attraction among them is the pickled sour mesh sweet. At the fair, various types of rituals of the festival are stirring in the faces of the people. I have shared the pictures of Bahari type rituals among you. This fair is organized by Manohardi Upazila Administration in the college ground. It is a temporary Baishakhi Mela.
