I should really get a book on wild edibles to determine what is edible. For safety you should assume they're all poisonous.
I agree! thats why i'm learning both the edible and poisonous ones.
When I see one that I cannot recognize, I don't even touch it with bare hands, I take photos from all directions and try to recognize it online later, and consult with professionals.
