Meanwhile, I found my way to the central hall of the station. But I couldn't resist taking one last look behind me, and there I saw this:

Well, what can you do? The photographer in me couldn't resist the temptation, and before I knew it, I was back downstairs.
Because let's admit it, such a play of lines leading into the depths begs to be captured in a photo 😉
