Get in…or out?

Make no mistake… this one is to get out, not to get in…

One of the many ladders you can find along the quaysides by the River Scheldt in Antwerp...
However, I don't think they will be used often or can be used, given the strong current of the river. Someone falling into the water would have to perform quite a feat to grab one of these ladders. A grim thought... just like the edit of this photo, isn't it? 😉
