Morning Glory (a painterly effect)

I'm really liking how the "painterly effect" looks like. Just the right amount of blurring and glow is needed to achieve this kind of image. Other than that, the composition is the next crucial part in framing the subject.

For this image, I like how the Morning Glory is positioned from the background. It stands out from the rest of the elements of the image.

Also, the Rule-of-Thirds play an important role in this composition.
