I found an unfurling Fern

This is the type of fern that becomes spread out from a rolled or folded state. It's amazing that this type is growing near my place. I guess the humid climate makes it suitable for them to grow and propagate in this region.

Looking at it in closer view makes me think that it's alive. It has furs that I find weird. I'm not expecting it for a plant in this degree.

Anyway, the I took this photo is that I cut a small portion of the tip of the fern and held it in front of a suitable background like this. By doing this way, I'm able to put it in a dark background. In a way, the form of the fern was clearly shown; especially the furs.
