A photo walk with my phone with me is like going treasure hunting. It's a lot of enjoyment but it entails some challenges along the way. Clearly, a phone as a camera is the best experience in my opinion. However, there are limitations that I can't do anything about.
One of the limitations is the sensor. It's relatively small and it is unable to treat light really well.
For this 1st photo, the glare and the glow were brought by the excessive amount of light that overwhelms the lens. It's not the best way to present a photo but what I did gives it a nostalgic look. So, I basically utilize the glare to add lighting effects to it. It's like a heavenly light through the vines in the background and filling this tight space. It's almost magical.
The same goes with the 2nd image, there's a slight glare on the petals of the flower. It's almost reflecting the light because of its bright white color. It's another way to utilize glare in a photo and that's to give it a glamour glow look.
