My little daily ritual.

It is a small experiment in creativity, you choose a word, search a free resource site for the image or photograph that results in a list, and then write a short narrative about it.

In order to ensure that the choice of the word that will generate the image will be random, the online tool will be used: https://randomwordgenerator.com/
For this occasion the word was chosen: Sunset

"Goodbye Old Sun. Hello New Night."

I murmured very softly as I stretched my body, my arms reaching their highest height before I began to gently flex them to relax the tense muscles after a day of work.

I don't know since when I took this custom, or should I say it's a ritual. This saying goodbye to the day and welcoming the night started just as a way of saying something intriguing while she had a break from work and was ready to go to the bedroom.

The sun never sets at the same time, but since the distance between the bedroom and work gives me a slow walk for a little over half an hour, well, I always have the opportunity to say goodbye to the sun while it hides between the line of the urban landscape, full of new buildings every day.

I'm already on my way, those lost seconds don't make sense to anyone, but it is my little secret, a strange and personal ritual that I do not share with anyone, we are only the Sun, the Night, the Light, the Shadow and my person in those moments . The rest of the world disappears from my perception in those moments, all the problems disappear, such as the persecution of my superiors, the machinations and traps of my colleagues, the absurd envies of people below my level of work ... Everything that unpleasant thing evaporates from my body and my mind.

Maybe that's why I continue with the ritual every day, it allows me to go to sleep and recover, I know that tomorrow will be a new day, one that will bring its own problems and that will inherit the problems of the previous days, but it is also a new opportunity to to resolve what I can and to finish one more day with the calm of being able to tell myself that I have done everything I could do.

Such efforts that I make are futile for others, but it is the way in which I resist against those who try to harm me without giving me any reason for their unhealthy efforts ... they may not have any motive, they simply enjoy causing harm.

That is why I like the sunset, to say goodbye to the sun, to greet the night, to know that I have finished for today and I can prepare myself for a new day that will come at dawn.

The sun setting is a special time of the day.

Certainly, the moments of passage, between darkness and light or between light and darkness, always have a magical touch, even in a hectic urban context, where the old ideas of magic are so off :)

Indeed.
