It looks like two cold fronts converging towards the centre in the distance, and I think that's rain right over the horizon there. I didn't know you get tornadoes in central Canada? It is largely plains there? I knew of course about the famous 'Tornado Alley' which is a strip up through the middle west, also largely plains.
We get tornado 🌪️ in all Ontario mostly from Michigan up that line tho
