Shushtar Historical Hydraulic System, a masterpiece of genius and creativity, the manifestation of ancient architecture

Excellent pics and thanks for sharing this. I had no idea it even existed and am now researching it more. It is interesting to me how great accomplishments like this that happened before the industrial revolution as we know it in the west seem to be more efficient, cleaner and better in general for the people and environment we live in.

I agree with you @newsnownorthwest
This work is one of the technical and engineering masterpieces in the world according to the time of construction and the period in which it was built.😃
In my opinion, this structure is really a masterpiece of genius and creativity.
How did they manage to make this at that time? I'm still amazed.😮

I think perhaps we have not been told the truth about with historical things like this. I'm near some UNESCO world heritage sites where I live. They are natural not man made but we are not told the truth about them to this day. It seems to me UNESCO is part of a bigger agenda trying to hide very important things in plain sight by lying about their origins and other things to the world's population. I live in a country with one of the biggest and most effective propaganda apparatuses in existence. I feel at times like I'm actually living in the reality that is from the book "1984". I'm very amazed by this hydraulic system you have showed me. I'm moving out of the city in the next couple months and going to purchase some property and live the rest of my life off of the grid.

I agree with you the most that governments are now not only trying to hide the obvious truths of the past, but also sometimes trying to undermine and change them.
There are many things that are not even man-made and are natural.Maybe that's why we travel
To discover
To know
To learn
To transfer
And protect it for future generations.
About the book you said. Yes, I have read it too.The book (1984) seems to me to be a kind of prophecy, and while it was written by George Orwell about 60 years ago, it is very close to the present world.
In fact, there are many things around the city that remind me of telescreens.
There are also many other cases in society today and I see that they are familiar to me and remind me of 1984!
I am very glad that you have made this decision.I hope you succeed in achieving this goal👍
