Very attractive decor

This is a picture taken at the mall. The set up of this place looks like as if you are walking on a street with houses on both the sides of the street. What I like about this picture is the lighting effect that really gives a glow to the place and also the perfection that it shows. It appeals to the eye.

In life also it is the same, we get attracted to things that look good and are perfect. We do not like to see shabby things and places. When we meet people also it is their appearance that hits our eyes first and we make our initial perceptions about them. When someone is very shabbily dressed, we may really not be very keen on talking to that person. It is a human nature. I am not saying that the person should be good-looking, it is about the presentation, how presentable the person is.

In our corporate training programs, we had these grooming sessions specially for Sales people, where we would work on their first impressions. Sales people are the face for the company to the outside world and their presentation does matter. So how they appear to the client, their presentation does impact the company and the company takes full care of that to see that it's at the best.

If I would not say that this is a mall, then it would be difficult to really guess it. This mall has some really fine designing done, but this part attracted me the most. It would have been nice if they would have made some seating arrangements around this place, or also have some food outlets, it gives a good ambiance. They do not have any such thing as of now. Sometimes when there are some fairs then this area is used up, else it is just a walk way.
