From today onwards till the end of the month, we will have lockdown starting from 05:00 p.m. till 04:00 a.m. and it would be difficult to go out anywhere, because the day times are so hot that it is difficult to get out. The Supreme committee who makes all the decisions have taken this decision keeping in mind the EID festival that is coming up next week. It's a time when people socialize and they are worried that because of this socialization the Covid cases may again rise, hence for precautionary measures they have put this in place. Crazy, but can't really do much in a foreign land. And guess this is now becoming the trend.
Anyways not to much brood about it and going with always my philosophy that no matter what we need to make the best of what is there, rather then crying over what is not happening, last evening me and hubby went to our favorite Yatch club destination, which is called the Waves, to spend some time and enjoy the evening.
This is one place I like to visit again and again and before also I have shared some pictures from this place.
I enjoy watching this sight, it gives very good vibes, as if I am all set to sail out
When we shifted to Muscat, my wish was to get a house in this place, but the rents are way too high. Now that we are planning to shift back to India in a year or so, my husband proposed to me, that if I like this place a lot, then we can rent an apartment here and shift for whatever time we have left here and I can fulfill my heart's desires. But now I am thinking, it would not be very wise, first of all, the hassles with the shifting, I am so much settled in my current home that I do not want to disturb the stay part and my current location is very central which is very practical for all my needs. I do not drive and it is convenient for me to be in a central place from where I have access to almost everything at ease. The other thing is again the high rent, which at this point of time, I do not think it is advisable to make unnecessary expenses. It is a time of saving, so better save and be mindful about spending.
It would be a pleasure to live here, but I don't think it would be sensible to make this decision in the current situation. I would thoroughly enjoy my evening walks.

I just wish that those normal times are back soon so that we can move freely and live our lives freely.
