I miss being at my home back in Mumbai, since the time I have come back to Muscat which has been around 2 weeks I have been in constant thought of being back home. Life gets quite boring here with just work and work. Only the weekends are the days where I socialize here, rest through out the week I am almost home and then the weather is also not very good to venture out. It makes me such a dull person overall. Whereas back home even if I am home all day I do not feel bored because the views from my home are so serene that I can just keep looking at them, and when I get bored I go out for a walk into these green fields and towards the mountain. In this place rather I enjoy being by myself with the nature.
Most of my work is from home, so I sit in my balcony with my cup of green tea, enjoy these views and do my work. Also it is very breezy so it's nice to sit outdoors then being indoors.
My home is designed in such a way that even if I sit indoors in any of the rooms I will get these views but yes the main balcony has a special effect. I will be only going back now by end of September and by then the rainy season will also end but the greenery will still remain and I can enjoy.
