Last Day Beach Day | Butuan Blog Part 3

On our 3rd and last day in Butuan, we went to a beach resort in San Isidro Magsaysay Misamis Oriental. It took us almost 3 hours of travel from the city to this beautiful beach resort. This place is quite secluded and not everyone in the area know this place as it is still newly renovated. By the time i release this blog, the beach resort is now open for public.

We ate our breakfast and lunch by the beach. I enjoyed watching the sunset while sitting in the swing and talking to my cousins. I surely felt the slow living life in the country side. My relatives also grow fruit trees such as dragon fruit, durian, and marang. So during meal time, we have unlimited fruits of these kinds.

At first, i kinda panic because i remembered my list of this to do at home and here i am doing nothing. But as time went on, i remind myself that im on a vacation and my to do list can wait. So i embraced this precious moment of me siting in a swing, watching the sunset and beach.

At night, my relatives decided to have a drink and bond with each other. It was a rare opportunity for us to bond this way because usually, we only see each other during birthday parties or formal gatherings.

By the end of this trip, we said goodbye to our families in Butuan and promised to keep in touch. We also added each other on Facebook so we could be updated with each other's lives.

Now back to the city life refreshed and recharged.
