Today's featured vehicle is this Austin 1800 Mk11 from the late 1960s. These were a very impressive car for their time. Some of these features being a hydolastic suspension system, rack & pinion steering, front disc brakes, front wheel drive with an East West engine setup providing a massive amount of interior room compared to other cars of similar outward size. Also having brake lights that were brighter in day time to be seen better and not as bright at night to course irritation to other drivers.
