I'll try to get more calories with my breakfast as I am sure I am not getting enough because I am only eating some sandwich with a bot of flavored mayonnaise and some rice porridge which I believe is not enough to give me my required calorie intake. I should be getting at least 2,000 calorie a day but I am sure that I am not really fulfilling my needs hence my difficulty in gaining weight.
But I am now using Ketoanalogues and I must say that it is working because I am measuring my arm's girth lately and seeing my thumb and the middle finger is not able to wrap around it now. Also, my buttocks is more relatively round because I can feel it. What I am doing right now is working for my effort to gain more real mass for my body.
That is why I am quite "upping the ante" and will try to maybe intake more Ketoanalogues and calorie via eating more rice and then adding one more meal per day and see how it will go. If all goes well, I mean if my real weight gain will continue, then of course it will give me more strength and a much better well-being.
I am also trying to have more sleep time per day and will probably sleep before 10:00 PM which is in my younger years is quite late already for sleeping because during those years I could not fight the feeling of sleepiness, maybe because I am it really as sick comparatively. My signal to sleep is when I would yawn and it is a sure fact that my body already wants some rest, it is just more often I choose to make myself feel sleepy and that would mean that I will sleep very, very late.
I was always thinking before that it doesn't matter when would I sleep because I have the time in the world when I would like to "get-up". However if it is daytime already, the surroundings here gets noisy especially when my mother enters my room and create a relative noise, it would disrupt my sleep and I will not get as much sleep as I want anyways. So now I was thinking to just sleep as early as possible so that I can get as much rest that my body needs and it might help me to gain more weight in the process.
These are now my pans and I pray to God to help me with this because my aim is to lessen my difficulty in breathing if I will get to replace my body's fluid load with a real body mass. I am hopeful that it will work in the following days, weeks, and months because I can already feel it thanks to Ketoanalogues which I should have incorporated inn my diet a long time ago because it is making me gain weight, the real body mas that I truly wan and need.
