I have a lot of hobbies, fire spinning Is definitely one of my favourites for letting loose. I am not a confident dancer but when I have poi in my hands it’s a whole different story, I get caught up in the beat and it takes me to a different place.
Last night we had our weekly spin but we recently connected with some photographers who set up nearby and spent the night capturing moments with us. At one point we even went out onto the beach (and into a few inches of water) to capture some reflection shots
It resulted in waterlogged trainers and extremely wet feet but it was so worth it to get some of these shots. One of my favourites was when a heart appeared in the shot 😍
I guess it’s like they say, you have to suffer for your art. In this case it was definitely worth it!
Can’t wait for the next spin/photography meet. I might even take my own camera next time so I can take some shots!
