During the last days I was training for the coming swiming championship which will be between this 15th March to 19th March, the practices are so hardest but I need to do it cause bthis will be my very first competition and I will do my best to win some medal in the event.

Today was a raining day but anything can't stop us, we still trained today and got this very nice pics, the day was cold and all my body hurts but thats okay, im feeling really good with my progress.

Me and my teammates enjoyned this wonderful day in the pool and tomorrow we will do again, commonly this is based on the 500 metters, we should swing this amount in total at the end of the day by using different swimming styles and techniches.
