Went to Lorong 8 Toa Payoh for early lunch after taichi practice on Saturday. It was rainy rather heavily.

I went to a stall to buy two bowls of porridge. Paid $8.

It's nice to have a hot porridge on a rainy day.
下雨天能喝上一碗热粥真好。

Yes, this one is more recent and many other places already have tiles years ago. Cannot understand the logic. Many places used to have just concrete.
