The Philosophy of Anger Management - "If People Suck At Something, They Will Do Anything To Feel Better"

in philosophy •  4 years ago

There are many different reasons that the anger management philosophy, "If people are unhappy, they will do anything to feel better" is so useful. Many people who have serious problems with anger fear they might be going crazy or some other such thing, and they don't know what to do or say to make things better. This can be a life-saver for people who suffer from severe bouts of anger and can help calm them down. However, there are times when this philosophy does not work as well and in these situations, it becomes important to ask whether or not someone has got an anger management philosophy.

One of the most common ways that people can have their philosophy twisted is when they say that it's not true if other people suck at something. For example, people who say that the best time to practice yoga is the morning when the sun is just rising usually mean that they aren't really interested in doing yoga at all, but are just making a point of saying it's the best time of the day when the sun is up. However, it would be unfair to say that only people who suck at yoga are being mean about it.

It's important to remember that people who say that people should do something will probably not do it themselves. However, they might say it as a way of getting attention, or to make their friends happy. The difference is that if you were told that you have to eat your breakfast in the morning because you are hungry, you would be very unhappy about having to do something.

It's also important to note that people who say that the anger management philosophy, "if people are miserable, they will do anything to feel better" doesn't really mean much if it isn't applied properly. They might say it if they feel like it is the only way they will ever feel better, and they will often go out of their way to do things that will make them feel better. However, this does not mean that they are necessarily in need of help. In fact, many people who feel a great deal of anxiety or depression because of their job are quite capable of doing things to feel better, and often the anxiety itself is part of their anger management philosophy.

The philosophy of thinking that you can do whatever you want to do to feel better isn't right, but it isn't wrong to do what feels right if other people seem happy at the same time. Sometimes people can get over their fear of anger just by looking at other people and acting the way you want to act.

The philosophy of "if people are unhappy, they will do anything to feel better" isn't as helpful as you might think. It is important to be realistic about when a person is suffering from anger and what they need to get done to manage their anger effectively.
