Not everything is rosy in the care of our pets.

Hello, you who read me and surely love pets, today I am going to tell you a little bit about how I am doing with my puppy these days, I was very worried about her because she had been infected with ticks and fleas some time ago, the amount of these parasites was impressive, I have had several dogs in the past, but I never faced a tick problem, my dogs never suffered from this disease, so facing this experience was new to me. Every day I would manually remove ticks and fleas from her ears, paws and body, but they were so big and embedded in the skin that when I removed them from her paws, the dog would bleed, I then proceeded to bathe the puppy regularly and we gave her an injection against these parasites, but the situation was not solved and every day more and more were appearing.
I was very worried about the situation because my puppy began to lose a lot of weight even though she eats a lot, an acquaintance explained to me that the consequences of having this type of parasite in dogs is dangerous because they were implanting in the blood of the animal a disease that attacks their red blood cells and therefore tend to get sick a lot.

There began my almost desperate search for a remedy to counteract this and there came a time when I was running out of ideas, the worst was when in my search I read a news that made me head over heels and was that these days a woman in my region had been admitted to intensive care by the bite of a tick, I think that this time was hard for my puppy because she wanted to be close to us at all times but we did not allow her to do it because when we softened her she would pass us a tick and I remembered the news of the woman in intensive care.

Several days went by in which I was already seeing what to do, I think I visited several pages on the internet to follow your advice to deal with this but the light was seen at the end of the tunnel when I checked my puppy yesterday and I noticed that she had no ticks, she still has fleas, but at least the ticks are gone and this is a great joy for me because it is one less problem and I just have to focus on removing the fleas.

There I understood that not everything is rosy with the care of our pets, sometimes it is not easy to have a little animal in our care since they have needs, they can get sick and this represents a worry like the one I experienced, but I think that We will continue doing well because as long as we have the willingness and responsibility with our pets we will face the challenges that come our way to give a decent life to our little friends, well I write these lines with great happiness because I know that soon my dog will be completely free of the vermin that plague it.

She, for her part, is calmer because she doesn't scratch as much, what I do notice is that she loves being on the ground doing her mischief and I don't know if being there is counterproductive for her, however I am going to monitor the situation closely to see if It is positive or negative to be on earth, I hope that soon my dog will regain weight because she is skinny.
