From childhood we have seen ads saying we ensure 99.99% for xyz problem and someone was asking recently why can't they claim 100%, why 0.01% is always left.
IT is not because no one can claim perfection in humans and then for the products we make, we can not even claim 100% as we ourselves are not 100%.
So 0.01% is left out to tell this world that nothing is perfect.
