The Power of Patience in Fulfilling God's Promises

While emphasizing the value of trust, we frequently overlook the crucial role that patience plays in God's promises coming to pass. Since faith is what makes God's promises come true, we require it. Perseverance, however, will enable you to move forward even in the face of unfulfilled promises. Even if you haven't yet felt the promise, you can persevere if you have patience. For each of us, God has made a covenant. However, we often feel inclined to reject God's promises when issues surface. On the other hand, the difficulties you face will only spur you on. Through God's promise and its realization in our lives, we are sustained by our patience. Thus today, keep in mind to be patient. Remember that God is faithful despite the difficulties you face as you wait for the promises He provided to you. He will keep any promise He has given you during your life.

Just give it time; the promise will eventually come to pass in your life. Due to His love and His decision to welcome you into His Kingdom, you are not limited to him. God has assigned you a mission to advance his kingdom. He has given us the responsibility of bearing fruit for him, nevertheless, no matter what we do. Thus, in addition to being a child of God, you have been selected to bear fruit in God's name.

Though we often consider ourselves to be better or worse than others, or even useless or worthless, God still loves us and has chosen to include us in his kingdom in spite of our brokenness and place in a fallen world. Therefore, moving forward, focus on the labels God has given you and bear fruit for him rather than the labels you have assigned to yourself.
