Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, or until it has thickened.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles and cook according to the package instructions, or until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce over the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of the cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then top with another layer of noodles.
Spread the remaining meat sauce over the noodles, then top with the remaining ricotta mixture. Arrange another layer of noodles on top, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake the lasagna for about 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
And there you have it — the perfect lasagna, made right in your own kitchen. This hearty and delicious dish is sure to be a hit with everyone at the table. Enjoy!
