Pang is a shoot'em up game for Arcade, published by Mitchell in 1989.
Giant bubbles-like balls have erupted into every corner of the world, terrorizing the population and destroying everything in their path.
The intrepid Buster Bros, experienced hunters, set out to put an end to this strange threat. They are elite snipers, willing to travel to the most remote place on the planet to leave it free of annoying jumping balls.
Each stage in the game corresponds to a location in the world, divided into up to three levels that take place at different times of the day. The mission is simple: Completely eliminate all the balls that bounce around the screen.
Our only weapon at the start is a simple harpoon rifle. Fortunately, we will find dynamite and other different types of guns and harpoons, which will greatly improve our chances of hitting the target.
By shooting at the balls and scenery elements, a multitude of items will fall at our feet: Weapons, food that increases the score, and a variety of very useful objects for our journey, such as watches or shields.
The main obstacles we will face are the strange colored balls, although we will also come across the local fauna. Some animals will make our mission more difficult, but others can provide invaluable help.
