The finishing part is the most challenging part of a house. If you are an average person like me, when you are coming to this level you are almost running out of money when it comes to this level. You'll need to do paint, curtains, and any other decorations at this level. Even at this level, you'll realize you are not yet close to the end of it.
So at this level, you'll have two options, stopping by where you are or continuing your work until you meet your dream house. We also stopped by this junction and took several discussions on which path to go. Finally, we both agreed to sacrifice our comfort to complete our dream house.
Really we could do better than this if the economy turned into a better way. Everything now is triple as expensive as we started. But we really didn't want to give up.
So we started to make estimations on painting. We really wanted to hire a contractor to do the full work, including polish, walls, ceiling, handrails, and also the cleaning part. We believe that the first paint should be done with external care. So we found a contractor who is known for good quality delivery.
He gave us a very big estimation almost 1.5M. This cost came with material costs plus labour costs. We had to negotiate to down it to a slightly affordable value. We had a huge challenge in front of us which made us very very stressed.
First we took quotations from 4 hardware shops each had significant differences in the total amount. This is due to old and new stocks. For example, there are some paints that were 21 000 before and now 60 000. While execrating the government we selected the ideal cost-effective quotation.
We did an early purchase and spent almost two and half months recovering our wallet to proceed with the paintwork.

Good luck on the house. It's not easy to find good contractors anywhere. I guess that's why DIY started. In the worst case you can paint it in your own style^^
Thank you. I wish contractors will do their job perfectly. Let's see.😉
