Nice place! I will be closing on the sale of my house in 20 days. I'll then be moving to some acreage out in the country not to far from here. I'm doing it with some partners and I'll be documenting us deciding on property and then moving out and establishing ourselves on it.
I feel fortunate that my house sold and I still got a good price for it. I hope to make the most of it.
