This looks pretty good !! A nice device to use . Alternative to electricity . I love this solar device
I ordered the Explorer 240 and 100 watt panel to try with a few small 12volt DC appliances.
Am sure you gonna have a great result !
What an advance technology for 21st century .
Solar energy is just the real deal .
Do you use deep cycle batteries over there or lithium ion ? I had been looking at the Trojan Deep cycle batteries but they are very expensive…. https://amzn.to/3xw8lT5 … so I thought I would go with the Jackery system…
We use the deep cycle battery here more , that’s what we find easily here . I have 10 of them that power my house ; of course the wether been hot here sometimes the heat affects them and from time to time we have to get the bad ones off, else it keep affecting the good ones and draining off power.
I have heard of the lithium ion battery they are not so common here because they are expensive. Though a few persons in the urban areas have them , it’s not so common .
I priced out the Trojan Deep cycle batteries and it was very expensive here in Canada. I decided it was better to just reduce my consumption requirements and go with a jackery 240 for my offgrid adventures.
THIS IS TOO ADVANCE
Too advanced ? I did a comparison with Deep cycle batteries, inverters, etc etc etc…. And the Jackery 240 is a nice introduction to running 12 Volt DC appliances. This is where everything is headed…. Back to Direct Current
