What a bargain! I'd buy it.
It’s incredible how many good deals there are out there. I’m sceptical…. There must be something wrong with it…. Swamp land ? Flood plains? Toxic soil maybe ??? I set my Search filters to “vacant” land under $50,000 … and there is lots available. I will keep searching until I find something a little closer so I can go take a look.
In the US, if there are no services such as water, electric, gas or at least septic and well, it costs so much to put those in (especially now) that you really can't do anything with that property until you've spent 50k getting started.
I'm wondering who owns it and why they are selling it. If you find that out you'll have ur answer maybe.
So wish I could afford it! [sigh] So lovely!
PEI is beautiful
