Everyone has some memories in their childhood. Never forget it. Sometimes we remember memories a lot. But when the memories are recalled, a different feeling works. Hundreds of such memories happen to everyone in childhood. Childhood days were very beautiful. No tension, just eating, drinking, sports and studying. Tears come to my eyes when I remember my childhood memories. How nice it would be if I could stay small all my life. Growing up, all hobbies are mixed with soil. Now all things are not possible only if you wish. When I was a child, I used to have a lot of fun at the fair or Eid near the house. The fair is still held and Eid comes, but I cannot enjoy the joy like when I was younger. Today I will share with you a story of eating mangoes as a child.
I had two very close friends when I was young. Although the name of the friend was not known at that time, it was very nice to walk with them. When I was in class five, going to school with them, jumping in the pool and bathing together. It was all about playing sports together. But now, due to growing up, each one is engaged in work in one city. There is no opportunity to meet them even if you want to. Eid is actually seen very little. Everyone is busy with family. Today I will share with you a beautiful story of eating mangoes. I went to school with my friends Suman and Nazmul and made a plan. Basically that day was Thursday. And there was half class on Thursday. We used to sit on the same bench all the time. Then I told Suman and Nazmul that today we will go home and eat mangoes. Suman said let's eat it now I said no then we will eat it after smearing it with coriander and rust powder. Then Nazmul said I know a system of eating mangoes. I then told him how he said he would see when he went home and ate. I largely agreed and started the class. After the class, we all came home together, left our bags and came to the mango garden. I brought a knife chili powder salt and coriander powder from home. They also came to our mango garden. Then we looked big and got some mangoes from the tree. Then Suman said he would need water and a pot. I then said I can't bring them I brought many things. Suman ran home and fetched water and pot. We sat under the mango tree and started peeling the mangoes. Although I was young then it took a lot of time to peel the mango. After a long time, I cut the mangoes into pieces and rubbed them with salt, coriander root and chili powder.
Then friend Nazmul asked to cut a banana leaf. I scolded him and said what will happen to the banana leaves they do what I tell you to do I took the job and brought the banana leaves and then washed the banana leaves nicely. Then I wrapped the buttered mango in banana leaf nicely. Then Nazmul brought a silt from home and rolled it nicely on banana leaves. He said now let's go to the sesame field. Sesame seeds were being cultivated next to our mango orchard. Of course, the mole was much smaller then. He made a few holes in the job and covered it with earth through banana leaves and polythene wrapped mango paste. And said it can still be lifted it will be lifted after 15 to 20 minutes. When we come, we go around a lot. Time doesn't want to end then. Finally it was time. Then he dug out the soil and washed it well with water. Then after opening the polythene and opening the banana leaves, the mangoes were kept in a bowl with butter. By then the mango had become very soft. It was very tasty to eat. In fact, mango paste like this has never been eaten. The best for me was this mango makhana. Then I told my friend Nazmul that your system is very good. This is how we will eat mango later. He said that he will buy kasundi from the market and eat it like this, then it will be more delicious.
But still many times mangoes are eaten but they are never eaten by digging holes in the soil. Childhood memories came to mind today. Due to growing up, it is not possible to eat like that anymore. But I will try this one day in a few days. I will see if it tastes as good as before. That's it for today, I hope you like my childhood mango eating story.
